Submitting a bid does not guarantee that you will be selected for the project. Ad Astra does may in its sole discretion may determine the selection criteria for selecting contractors, which may include factors other than price and may accept or reject any bid for any reason. Ad Astra also may withdraw a project from availability at any time, before or after a contractor has been selected for the project.
